We are based in the Mediterranean reducing travel time, costs and adding flexibility to your requirements. However, our services are provided worldwide as required.

Training is conducted in accordance with current MNTB, STCW, MCA and IMO guidance and standards.
Accredited STCW and RYA courses can be delivered in partnership with established and accredited shoreside training providers, providing access to recognised qualifications alongside bespoke onboard training.
By understanding the vessel,crew, equipment and operational requirements,practical training can help strengthen existing SOPs, ISM, SMS and risk assessments, while developing crew confidence and competence in emergency situations.
WMT combines recognised maritime training standards with real-world operational experience.

All instructors who work with WMT are experienced,qualified, professionals with a maritime and Fire Service background.
